《无头东宫》又名《真假东宫》是香港电视广播有限公司2002年出品的的古装神话电视剧，由张乾文监制，向海岚、陈妙瑛、张兆辉及魏骏杰领衔主演。

讲述了凌云自幼丧母，与父相依为命。为了不想因出嫁而离开老父，云故意装丑，以避开上门求亲者。一次园游会，云无意中救了微服出游的皇帝，二人因而种下情根。皇上回宫后决定纳云为妃。楚心生妒忌，欺骗云同往一江湖术士处，将二人容貌交换，云不虞有诈，命运从此逆转。
