有一天，数学老师给全班同学出了这样一道题：“有四个好朋友，他们相约到森林里打猎，发现一部分子弹已经无法使用，四人便把余下可用的干燥子弹平分了。打猎时，四人每人都发射了6发子弹，天黑了四人便带着猎物回家，途中四人清点了子弹数，发现此时大家剩下的子弹数，恰好是平分子弹时一个人所得的子弹数，现请问干燥的子弹有多少发？”

“老师，结果是32。”华罗庚马上站起来回答说。这让老师和全班同学都很吃惊，老师也忍不住问：“你看过这道题的解法么？”可华罗庚摇了摇头，说：“我觉得这个问题并不难，只要简单思考一下就能得出答案。”惊讶的老师请华罗庚给大家解释一下他的思路。华罗庚是这样分析的：“由于每人都发射了6发子弹，所以四人共发射了6×4=24发子弹，根据题意知‘剩下的子弹是平分子弹时一个人所得的子弹’，也就是说，把全部干燥的子弹看成四份的话，剩下的子弹就是一份，那么用完的这24发子弹就是平均分后的三份，由此可求出一份子弹数为24÷3=8发，全部干燥的子弹就是8×4=32发。”在一片掌声中，老师向华罗庚竖起了大拇指。
