大利哈伊谷房地产经纪人协会首席执行官贾斯汀 波伦博 (Justin Porembo) 在该协会 7 月份月度报告中如此说道。波伦博在一份书面新闻稿中表示： 近几个月来，抵押贷款利率已接近 7%，导致许多潜在买家暂时搁置购房计划。

成交量下降 32.6%，至 528 套，而中位售价则上涨 8.5%，至 325,500 美元。
